COOLEY January 2020 Wrapup

A new decade, and new year started off with a full house of entertainment at Ilani Casino & Resort featuring six different music venues. My show was at Michael Jordan’s Steak House which has turned into regular gig, performing there at the grand piano 2-3 times a month. I enjoyed some down time and settled in to 2020 planning including Spring Tour to the bay area in April. I gave performances at some of my favorite venues including the Vault at Lascala, Aegis Queen Anne on Galer in Seattle and Lancaster Village in Salem. I love my job! Happy New Year Everyone!

In case you missed any of my social media posts here are my favorites below.

One year ago today I performed with Lords of Blackpool at Music Millennium in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the Beatles Rooftop Concert (performed atop a London business district rooftop) which was the last public appearance for the group. ('caused quite a stir - the cops showed up and made them quit) Pictured with the "Lords" and myself on the "Music Millennium bandstand" is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, Terry Currier, owner of Portland’s legendary record store Music Millennium who hosted the show. Thanks again, Terry!

Enjoying a beautiful Seattle view at Kerry Park on Queen Anne Hill last Saturday just before my matinee show at Aegis Living

Just about one year ago today we were getting exited about the upcoming 50 year anniversary show of the Beatles Rooftop Concert at Music Millennium!

I love singing Tom Jones songs = ) "One of my favorite singers is Tom Jones - and this is my favorite tune by TJ -- "Just Help Yourself" -- the music and the lyrics -- all about movement and sooooo much love!"

With Ashton, bartender extraordinaire at the Vault at LaScala in Beaverton last month. (ergo the xmasy tie) Performing 1st Wednesday of every month from 6-9p.

Grabbing a quick dance during a guitar solo (Belly Up to the Bar of Love, https://youtu.be/Wsk06qIDyas) at one of the 100s of senior living shows I perform each year. A true pleasure to perform these shows =
